Hannah Souksavong

Hannah Souksavong, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Souksavong was born and raised in a small town just outside of Nashville, TN. She completed her undergraduate studies in Human Services and Exercise Science at East Tennessee State University. After graduation, she relocated to Florida to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. Dr. Souksavong is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love and improving patients' quality of life. She is passionate about working with a wide variety of diagnoses, including balance, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. In her free time, Hannah enjoys traveling, Disney World, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
