More Than Just Training
Our Performance and Injury Prevention program is built around the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a standardized assessment used to identify movement limitations, asymmetries, and areas of dysfunction that may increase injury risk or limit performance.
Rather than jumping straight into training, we first evaluate how your body moves through fundamental patterns. This allows us to identify where you may lack mobility, stability, or control—factors that often go unnoticed but can impact both performance and long-term durability.
Every session is guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and designed around your specific movement findings, helping you improve efficiency, reduce risk of injury, and perform at a higher level.
What to Expect
Initial Evaluation
We will begin by discussing your current symptoms, reviewing your medical history and any imaging available. A physical exam will also be performed to assess your movement.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Your program is built specifically for you. Your sport, your goals, and your current ability all factor into how we structure your plan.
One-on-One Sessions
Each session is focused, intentional, and adjusted as you progress. You’ll work directly with your therapist to improve strength, mobility, and performance safely.
Performance + Injury Prevention
By correcting underlying issues, we help you move more efficiently, perform better, and reduce your risk of re-injury.
