Train Smarter. Move Better. Perform at Your Best.

Performance training built around your body, your sport, and your goals. Whether you’re trying to prevent injury or take your performance to the next level, we help you get there safely.

More Than Just Training

Our Performance and Injury Prevention program is built around the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a standardized assessment used to identify movement limitations, asymmetries, and areas of dysfunction that may increase injury risk or limit performance.

Rather than jumping straight into training, we first evaluate how your body moves through fundamental patterns. This allows us to identify where you may lack mobility, stability, or control—factors that often go unnoticed but can impact both performance and long-term durability.

Every session is guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and designed around your specific movement findings, helping you improve efficiency, reduce risk of injury, and perform at a higher level.

Who This Is For

This program is a great fit if you:

Want to improve strength, mobility, and overall performance

Have recurring injuries or nagging pain

Are returning to sport after an injury

Want to reduce your risk of future injuries

Feel like something is “off” in your movement or performance

What to Expect

Comprehensive Evaluation

We start with a full assessment to understand how your body moves from head to toe. This helps us identify weaknesses, imbalances, and areas that may put you at risk for injury.

Personalized Training Plan

Your program is built specifically for you. Your sport, your goals, and your current ability all factor into how we structure your training.

Ongoing One-on-One Sessions

Each session is focused, intentional, and adjusted as you progress. You’ll work directly with your therapist to improve strength, mobility, and performance safely.

Performance + Injury Prevention

By correcting underlying issues, we help you move more efficiently, perform better, and reduce your risk of re-injury.
