Dr. Alvarado is originally from San Diego and relocated to Jacksonville in 2021 to pursue her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has a strong passion for working with active adults and young athletes, helping them return to recreational activities and high-level sports performance. In her free time, Monica enjoys traveling, golfing, spending time at the beach, and working out.
